TEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0

5-16 3
Abstract

The coronocrisis and the fourth industrial revolution, as the main factors of global trend changes, required new scientific approaches to comprehend the “new normal”. Theories based on the values of methodological individualism have shown their limitations and even failure in the face of new challenges. The virus was most successful in its spread where it met individualism, growing into selfishness. The appearance of noonomics in a number of other concepts was a reaction to the situation of insufficient potential of existing theories in the face of the challenges of modern times. The theoretical model of noonomics is based on advanced technologies that will provide citizens with the necessary benefits of life, freeing them from the need to be forced to work in the production sector and on new people with priorities of creative motivation and free from individualism. The article focuses on the fact that the transition from the current state of the economy, economic science and economic man to noonomics and creative man forms a large distance with transitional states. The need to study them forms a great scientific problem. The article substantiates the need for such studies, identifies some already existing transitional forms and notes the emergence of new ones, based on a developing reality.
