The article is devoted to the harmonization of economic policy based on the systemic quality of the national economy. The main attention is paid to two problems: the imperfections and inefficiency of the current economic system of Russia and the directions of its transformation; the inconsistency of fiscal and monetary policy and the ways of their coordination. The study required an analysis and evaluation of the thirtieth anniversary of radical economic reforms in quantitative, qualitative and social dimensions. Special attention is paid to the role of the state in stimulating technological and social development. A critical analysis and comparison of two approaches to the strategy of development of the Russian economy and its economic policy runs through the entire article.

There are two reasons of the Marx’s approach for the appropriation property relation of Russia are studying in article. The first is an interaction between capital of property and capital of function which was analyzed by Marx in the 3d Capital volume for property’s management in the contemporary Russia. The second is an interaction between individual capital and social one for ethical interaction between Russian capitalists.

In this article, a comprehensive study of the concepts of "economic security of the region" and "monitoring of economic security of the region" is carried out. The analysis of the algorithm for monitoring the economic security of the region is carried out, and the main system of indicators for monitoring purposes is highlighted. An indicator such as GRP per capita is considered separately, as well as its dynamics on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan. The conducted research made it possible to come to the conclusion and the place of GRP indicators in the system of indicators for monitoring the level of economic security of the region.

The scientific article concerning the prediction of the situation on the Russian stock market is relevant because it reveals the prospects of the analyzed oil company PJSC «Lukoil». The purpose of this scientific work is to construct an equation of multiple linear regression with independent variables in the form of Brent crude oil prices, USD/RUB currency pair, M2 monetary aggregate in Russia, affecting the stock quotes of PJSC «Lukoil». This equation is the basis of economic and mathematical modeling of the future value of securities of PJSC «Lukoil». In the process of work, general and special scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, monographic, statistical. The main research method is correlation and regression analysis. As a result, it was found that the prices of Brent crude oil, the USD/RUB currency pair, and the M2 monetary aggregate in Russia tend to increase and have a direct impact on the shares of PJSC «Lukoil», which indicates that the shares of the Russian oil company represented are undervalued. The key provisions of this research may be useful to investors considering the Russian stock market for investing funds. Based on the proposed scientific study, it is possible to build investment strategies for buying securities.

In the current conditions, the issue of unemployment becomes the most significant. The protracted structural crisis, the pandemic, digitalization, tensions in international relations, the imposition of sanctions, the beginning of a special military operation have led to changes in the labor market. This situation has affected the population employment not only in Russia, but also in foreign countries. The unemployment rate began to increase. Its further growth can lead to social tension and difficult to predict consequences. Therefore, to solve the issue of employment, it is necessary to apply a systematic approach that combines the interests of the state and business, and to rebuild the structure of the Russian economy.
