Makarov Anatoly Nikolaevich

Makarov Anatoly Nikolaevich, born in 1962, has a higher education, graduated with honors from Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin in 1984. In 1990, he graduated from the full course of postgraduate training at Kazan State University with a degree in 08.00.01 – political economy, was awarded the qualification of "Economist". In 2009, at Lomonosov Moscow State University, he defended his dissertation on: "Economic realization of land ownership" for the degree of Doctor of Economics in the specialty 08.00.01 – economic theory.

In June 2010, Makarov A.N. was awarded the academic title of professor in the specialty 08.00.01 – economic theory.

Makarov A.N. conducts active scientific activity. His research interests are related to the economic realization of land ownership, the institutional foundations of the education market, the formation and development of the digital economy.

He is the author of more than 340 published scientific and methodological works, including 3 author's and 15 collective monographs. The Hirsch index for publications in the RSCI is 15, the Hirsch index for publications in Scopus is 4.

Under his scientific supervision, three dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences were successfully defended. Makarov A.N. opposed three dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. Since 2012, he has been participating in the work of the Dissertation Council of Kazan Federal University.
