Formation and implementation of the state policy in the field of scientific and technological development
Abstract
The article examines the issues of the development of the scientific and technological sphere of the Russian Federation, the assessment of the compliance of scientific, technical and innovative potential, the socio-economic policy in the field of science, technology and innovation, the possibilities of achieving strategic goals of scientific and technological development. The results of a comparative statistical analysis of the effectiveness of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities of the Russian Federation and developed countries of the world, the main strategic documents in the field of scientific and technological development are presented. Recommendations have been developed to improve the state policy in the field of scientific and technological development, the formation of an effective economic mechanism capable of providing favorable conditions for the development of innovative business, activating the processes of development, development and production of innovative products (goods, works, services).
