В сложившихся современных условиях наиболее значимым становится вопрос о безработице. Затянувшийся структурный кризис, пандемия, цифровизация, напряженность в международных отношениях, введение санкций, начало специальной военной операции привели к изменениям конъюнктуры рынка труда. Данная ситуация повлияла на занятость населения не только в России, но в зарубежных странах. Уровень безработицы начал увеличиваться. Дальнейший его рост может привести к социальной напряженности и сложно предсказуемым последствиям. Поэтому для решения вопроса занятости населения необходимо применить системный подход, объединяющий интересы государства и бизнеса, и перестроить структуру российской экономики.
In the current conditions, the issue of unemployment becomes the most significant. The protracted structural crisis, the pandemic, digitalization, tensions in international relations, the imposition of sanctions, the beginning of a special military operation have led to changes in the labor market. This situation has affected the population employment not only in Russia, but also in foreign countries. The unemployment rate began to increase. Its further growth can lead to social tension and difficult to predict consequences. Therefore, to solve the issue of employment, it is necessary to apply a systematic approach that combines the interests of the state and business, and to rebuild the structure of the Russian economy.
